Pricing questions
What happens when the trial ends?
Choose a plan and everything carries on. If you don’t, your OpsNexa Online becomes read-only: nothing is deleted, and choosing a plan later brings it straight back.
Can I limit how many people we pay for?
Yes. An admin sets a limit on paid seats under Plan & billing. OpsNexa Online then refuses new people (invites, sign-ups, single sign-on) once it is reached. Admins can always sign in.
What is a sandbox person?
Someone who can only try deploying on servers you set aside as a playground, with a few apps that clean themselves up after a few days. Plans can leave some of them free. More about sandbox accounts.
Do you charge for servers, apps or builds?
No. Your apps run on your own servers and clusters, so you pay your hosting provider for those as usual, and OpsNexa Online doesn’t charge per app or per build.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe, from Plan & billing in your OpsNexa Online. You can change plans or cancel there too. For invoices, talk to us.
What if a payment fails?
A strip at the top of OpsNexa Online tells admins, and Stripe tries again. If it stays unpaid, your OpsNexa Online becomes read-only until billing is sorted out. Nothing is deleted.
