Plan and billing

The trial, choosing a plan, how people are counted, limiting paid seats, and what happens if a payment fails.

Admins manage billing under their name at the top right → Plan & billing.

The trial

Every company starts with a 14-day trial, no card needed. A strip at the top shows the days left. Every feature is included.

When the trial ends without a plan, your OpsNexa Online becomes read-only: everyone can still sign in and look, nothing is deleted, and choosing a plan brings everything back at once.

Choose a plan

  1. Open Plan & billing. It shows each plan and what it would cost your company today.
  2. Pick one. Payment is by card, through Stripe.
  3. Change plans or update your card from the same page at any time.

See Pricing for the plans.

How people are counted

Depending on the plan:

  • One price for the company, up to a number of people;
  • Everyone with an account, billed per person; the count follows people as they join and leave;
  • Only people active in the last 30 days (signed in or used a token), counted for each invoice: people who didn’t use it that month cost nothing.

Plans can leave some sandbox-only people free. Users shows the paid seats in use.

Limit paid seats

An admin can set a limit on paid seats on the Plan & billing page. Once it’s reached, OpsNexa Online refuses new people: invites, sign-ups, single sign-on, an admin adding someone, or changing a sandbox account’s role. With active counting, people who haven’t used it in 30 days can’t sign in until a seat frees up. Admins can always sign in.

If a payment fails

A strip at the top tells admins. If it stays unpaid, your OpsNexa Online is suspended: everything becomes read-only until billing is sorted out. Nothing is deleted.
